Summary: Leo sees something upon the roof of the C.I.O corp. building
Enemy: The Kraang.

Lights buzzed wildy around the four turtles as they made their way to the Kraang's hideout. Silence seemed to continue on forever upon the rooftops of New York.

Just empty silence.

The only sound that could ever interrupt the silence is the sounds of New York itself.

Leo,Don,Raph, and Mikey had delt with the Kraang countless of times before, but when they saw the images of the dark and green figures on April's laptop, things had been quiet..... well, different. The ones in the picture are very anonymous. The turtles knew they have to be on their toes when they reach the Kraang's lair; just in case uninvited guests show up.

Time passed when the four brothers finally arrived at the C.I.O corp building. Just like in the picture, the building had the same grey shades and cracks of old age. The building seemed old, but it was perfect for the Kraang to hide.

"Welcome to C.I.O corp." said Leo.

"I'm telling you I heard that name before..." Don said while scratching his head. Mikey hopped on the ledge "Dudes, there's the pizza place!"

Don looked at Mikey, "How could you think of pizza at a time like this !?"

Mikey grinned at his genius brother "Like I said before, you can't resist the pizza."

"I think all that cheese pizza from last night got to your head Mikey" Raph snickered.

Mikey narrowed his eyes at Raph "It sure got to your head too!"

As usual, Leo ignored his brothers' bickering and focaused his attention on the C.I.O building. Through the old transparent window of the concrete building, Leo could see huge wooden crates stacked up upon each other. Leo was able to something else hidden in the shadows behind the crates, but couldn't makeout what it was. Well, whatever it was, Leo knew it wasn't good.

Suddenly something caught Leo's eye. Upon the ledge of the C.I.O building, something moved. Leo squinted his eyes, then his heart stopped.

"Everyone get down!" Leo commanded. The three brothers quickly croutched and hid behind the concrete ledge.

"What is it?" Don asked.

The only reply the fearless leader made was a quick "Shh".

Silence consumed the turtles surroudings once more.

No sound. No movment.

Just nothing.

"What's going on?" Mikey asked, eager to break the silence.

Leo turned "Shush Mikey! Listen!"

Even though they had no ears, the turtles strained to listen. Once again silence consumed the turtles' surroundings, leaving the sounds of New York behind. Suddenly, a loud clatter echoed through the night. A really loud clatter.

"What's that noise?" Mikey whispered.

"It's coming from the C.I.O building." Leo whispered back.

"Well? What are we waiting for?" Raph growled impatiently. He pulled out his sais "Let's go knock some Kraang heads!"

Leo lifted his hand to stop Raph form running off "Wait Raph! We can't go running up to the Kraang like that! We need a plan...and who knows how many Kraang are in there."

Mikey fumbled with his fingers "So, what IS the plan?"

Leo looked away from Raph and turned his attention towards the C.I.O building. Finally, he replied "Find a way to get in the Kraangs' hideout. But first, we need to find out what's making that noise on the roof. We don't want to take any risks."

Being stealthy as ever, the turtles quietly jumped the nearby rooftops near the Kraangs' hideout.

"We should split up!" Leo suggested "Don with Mikey, Raph with me"

"How come I get Mikey?" Don complained.

"Hey!" Mikey whispered loudly.

"Well I don't want him!" Leo said quietly.

"I can hear you guys. I'm right here!" Mikey yelled.

"Shh!" The three brothers scolded the youngest.

"Fine, I'll take him. But you're taking him next time." Don muttered.

So, the turtles split up into pairs. Don and Mikey go to the left, and Leo and Raph go to the right.

The two brothers, Leo and Raph, ran along the last two rooftops near the hideout. Keeping their eye on C.I.O building, Raph and Leo quickened their pace. Suddenly, when they gotten closer, the clattering sound returned. But louder than before.

"Sheesh! Whatever is up there, it's sure loud!" Raph commented.

Near the ledge of the Kraangs' hideout, the noise stopped.

"You ready?" Raph asked, pulling out his sais.

Leo slowly pulled out his katanas "Ready."

As fast as lightning, the two brothers quickly hopped onto the ledge of the hideout.
